Engineering Technology Centre

Engineering Technology Centre of Baoyin, focus on the research, development and commercial application of cost-effective and good-quality precision steel tubes as its core business, with 145 professional technical employee including 27 senior professions, 3 professors, 5 PhDs and 15MsCs. The Centre is awarded as National Working-Station of Post-doctors, Provincial Working-station of Post-graduators, and 2014 National Demonstrative Education Centre for Engineers. Furthermore, the Centre employs technical experts from General Steel Research Centre, Baosteel Special Steel Company and Dongfang Boiler Company. In 2007, together with Jiangsu University, the Centre set up the Research Centre for cost-effective Special Steel Tubes of Jiangsu Province. In 2018, the company was approved to set up the Branch Centre of National Research Centre of Advance Steel Material.
